Can I use WLM from the Desktop?

I think I have it set up right but it doesn't look like I' can send.

I receive OK
I'm using 2 POP accounts, Gmail and ATT.

What do you mean from the desktop? do you mean as a shortcut? if so- yes
Make sure when you open it you set up the smtp settings correct for ATT and Gmail
Go to their sites and look on how to set up the smtp. If it set up incorrectly email will not go
