Solved Web pages displayed like High contrast theme

Upgrade to 8.1 and pages aren't displayed correctly

Upgraded from Windows 8 (W8 Pro x86 -> W8.1 Enterprise x86) and I see web pages (all) like the attached screenshots.

this occur in Firefox and IE, in G. Chrome this DOESN'T occur.

I don't know the fix but in FF based browsers I found Color Toggle AddOn is a good work-around. Set one color combo to allow sites to use thier own colors... the other not.

but this doesn't help, now I've noticed that running Nightly (Firefox) in METRO works normally without problems, but IE remain problematic even in METRO UI.

I've installed from zero, and now I don't have any problem!

my advice is, not upgrade using the ISO download from TechNet! do a clean install, or if possible upgrade from store...
