Hi there and welcome to Eight Forums,

what do you exactly mean by "hard to see videos". Do you mean that the screenimage is blurry? Or do you mean that it is very hard to play the video's in Internet Explorer? In the latter case it may be related to the trace security setting in IE11.

Please provide us with more information about your case.
  • What is the precise problem;
  • What harware do you have (dekstop/ laptop)
  • How were you trying to play the video's etc.

Desk top computer, Toshiba, I open CNN news and youtube by Microsoft explorer.

I alwasy try to see CNN news video, but only sound comes, but screen is black.
Even for sound, it take long time. I used to see CNN news video easly with window7.
Sometimes some scene shows up, but it last a minute or so.
youtube: it takes time to down load. Many cases it stops, only some sound come, but black screen.

However I can see NBC news video without these kind of problem. So I like to know why it happnes on Cnn and Youtube.

Hi Nik,

It sounds like you are having an issue with the Internet Explorer "trace security" settings. Please check the screenshot below. Do you see that blue circle with the dash in it in your browser while you cannot play the video's?

If yes, then you can click on the blue circle and disable it for that specific site.

Please let me know if this is the case.
