Unable to browse our corporate website after connecting th

Hi
I can successfully browse our corporate website from my home using the connection provided by an isp. But as soon as i establish a vpn connection this site becomes inaccessible.

I am using latest version of Internet Explorer.

Any anti-virus/firewall on your PC...if so which ones?
