Solved Windows 8.1 Mail Categories

Does anyone know how to disable the categories feature in Windows 8.1 Mail? After the 8.1 update, the mail app now seems to seperate all my incoming mail into new categories such as "social networks" and "newsletters" and its extremely annoying. I just want a simple inbox with everything.

If you go into the settings (bottom right corner, then up to settings), then accounts and select your Hotmail/Outlook account

There are then 2 tick boxes under Organize your Mail, Social & Newletters, remove these 2 ticks

Why does windows 8 have to be such a mess. Why not just have the settings built right into the lower bar when you right click.
