printing email

Hi,
When I try to print a received email I can only print out the first part of it.......any document and pictures I download print okay
I think it might be the settings on my windows 8
any help most welcome

it actually might be a setting on the printer, go into the properties of the printer and see if there is anything checked to print out the first part
