Anybody having trouble launching Google Chrome today?

It seems to be taking over 5 minutesfor GC to appear, No error message display.
In the task manager it shows shows 3active background processors but doesn’t show Google chrome as an app launched.

I am using windows 8.


Any ideas?

Chrome started freezing up on me like IE 10 did so I use Opera now.
No freeze ups at all.
Nice browser.
My idea--- Try Opera. :)

Opera is not well supported by much of anyone... It's not usually a problem, because Opera is very standards compliant, but occasionally there are problems that you have to live with, because nobody cares about Opera.

I am trying to launch Google Chrome in desktop mode. Didn't have a problem with it yesterday or for the past 4 months.
All of a sudden it doesn't launch for about 5 - 10 minutes.

Question - If I were to uninstall and reinstall Google Chrome, how can I save and reapply my bookmarks to Google Chrome?

I don't see people posting about problems using Opera.

Just problems with IE 10, Chrome & Firefox. :)

You can export your bookmarks in chrome under...well...here is the page...

Importing them , use the instructions for 'Import Bookmarks from all other browsers'.
