Lost email, contacts, calendar after win 8 refresh

I did a windows 8 refresh and now I have lost my emails, email folders, contacts, and calendar from outlook 2013. Can I get these back? It says refresh keeps personal files, does this include old emails, contacts, etc., etc.?
