Solved Shrinking Websites

I have a new HP laptop that worked fine using wifi. Then I pluged it into an old dial-up connection and a strange problem developed. Websites began shrinking in size until they were so small they could not be read. I ran AVG antivirus and IObit Malware, but they detect no problems. Does anyone know what is going on?

hold the control key and scroll your wheelmouse UP = larger DOWN = smaller

you're welcome, its an extremely handy feature, I use it to blow up images and video as well when I need to see something in detail without having to download it..
