Solved Enable Coookies

I use a Lenovo C540 All-In-One with W8 64x and IE10

I have used this for about a month and had no problems till today.

I wen to my bank USAA and tried to login but the following message appears

We take the security of our members’ information very seriously, so we’ve recently enhanced the protection on our website. Please enable cookies in your web browser to continue.

How to enable your cookies...

It varies by browser, but you can usually change your cookie settings by going to the browser “Options” or “Settings” menu and finding the “Privacy” settings. Or, just search your browser’s “Help” menu for “enable cookies”.You should then be able to access usaa.com.

I looked for the past two hours and can find nothing

All ideas appreciated

To enabled cookies in IE10 (desktop), you would want your cookies set like below. Afterwards, reload the webpage.

Hello enigma1944,

The slider in the image below controls your privacy and cookie acceptance policy. The default setting is "medium" and should not have to be changed to access the website in question.

In IE10, go to Tools> Internet Options> clcik on the Privacy Tab:
