window 8 mail

I have 3 email accounts and on windows 8 when I use the mail icon it half the time will only show 1 account. If I go back sometime later the 3 will show up. Really need help on this one.

did you hit the back arrow in the top left corner (alternatively, press the <backspace> key)?

when you're within the inbox (or any other folder), you only see the contents of that email account. if you hit the <backspace> key or the back arrow, it'll bring you back out to a higher level where you can see multiple accounts and all your folders.

I have 2 Live accounts and 1 Gmail account configured in Windows Mail. One of my Live accounts I use to sign into my PC. When I boot up it takes about 15 seconds for the mail live tile to refresh, although my splash screen before signin screen tells me how many emails I've received.

It could be you have a refresh problem. Try www.eightforums.com/showthread.php?t=20291
