Launch Live Mail and it opens up but just hangs?

has anyone had an issue where they launch Live Mail and it opens up but just hangs? For example for me, it'll go to how it was last opened yet none of my emails are readable nor can I close Live Mail short of bring up the task manager and closing it that way. A reboot seems to solve the issue, but that's kinda annoying.

try doing a repair
Go to Control Panel and click on Performance and Features
Look for Windows Live Essentials and click it as if to uninstall
When it pops up it will ask you to uninstall or repair
Pick Repair and follow the instructions
see if this fixes it
