Mac Outlook to Win 8 Outlook (2010)

I just synced my new Win 8 Outlook with my Mac Outlook. All of my contacts came over to the Win 8 versions, but many of them are missing the phone numbers. I then tried to sync my HTC phone contacts with the Win 8 Outlook, and that didn't get the phone numbers into the contact list. Any ideas of how to get the phone numbers into the contacts? Thanks.
