Solved Mail Menu

When using the Mail app that on the Start window of Windows 8, does this app have a menu?
If so, how does one find it?

I would like to be able to do things like import an address book, and change its automatic delete.

you are better off trying to use windows live mail in windows live essentials 2012, there you can import your address book in
and do other stuff too
