Lol,she is too lazy to enter in Mozilla or Chrome and search facebook :)) ? You scroll down with the wheel or with your cursor?
we know how to scroll, this is a new laptop( no mouse yet) with windows 8, when we open facebook it will not do anything it is like it is locked, when we minimize it and reopen it, it will work fine.
just wondering if i did something wrong when setting it up. it is not a matter of lazy it is a matter of IT SHOULD WORK.:)

You'll find that the majority of Windows 8 supporters are of the mindset that Windows 8 can do no wrong, when in fact it's a buggy, half-baked operating system that is not ready for prime-time consumption.

The latest statistics show that Windows 8 use is actually going down. (now only 1.6% of computers are running windows 8) as people realize what a clusterF*CK it is, and go back to the stable and useful XP / 7.

Hence that is my advice. Install windows 7.

geez that is not a solution and cursing about it is worse, when using facebook go into the desktop app and create a icon for it through ie or go to facebook and make it a favorite, Yes Windows 8 is a bit buggy but there are solutions to get around it till Micrososft fixes the bugs
