I've been using BBC Iplayer, Sky GO and other TV / Radio live streaming apps -- they usually give you an option as well as Full screen mode (works fine) to play in a re-sizable popout window --quite useful especially if you can move it to a second screen.
Doesn't work in W8 with IE10. Works fine in W7 with IE10. Listening to James Bond 50th anniversary concert -- great music and songs from all the films!! but can't play it in a separate popout any more. On my W7 machine - works fine.
The Full screen mode works fine as does the web "Mode" but the separate popout just does NOTHING.
(Screenshot enc -- the Middle button of the group of 3 on the main screen is the one that activates "Play in separate window").
