Please help me fix my father's new computer/email before he has a nervous breakdown! Just bought a new Asus Essentio with Win8 last week.. everything seems to be okay (keeping my opinions about win8 to myself for the moment..) EXCEPT.. we can't configure his email setting so that the items he sends are saved in the "sent" folder. He was previously using Outlook (maybe express.. I can't remember) on the old computer and with the new computer it's Windows Live Mail. I have gone into the "tools" and made sure the little box was checked beside the "save sent items in sent folder" option, pressed "Apply", and... still no items saved in the "sent" folder! I feel STUPID that I can't figure this out.. it seems like it should be a lot easier to give the old man back his "sent items" folder. ??? Thanks!
