Only see the last two weeks of emails

I'm up and running but I can't see any of my emails that are from more than a couple weeks ago. How do I see all of my emails.

While in Mail, open (Charms) > Settings > Accounts, and click on your account from the list. The option is the third drop-down box (and the default is 2 weeks).
