Chrome DPI Bug

In both Windows 7 and 8, when you full screen Chrome flash video, ie: Youtube, if your DPI is set to 150-200% the video will have the taskbar overlayed on the bottom. This is a huge problem as I have Windows 8 running on a 2880x1800 display set to 1440x900 with 200% DPI and it's a great experience everywhere else but Chrome + Full Screen Flash. Does anyone know of a fix other than using IE or Firefox and changing my DPI setting/resolution?
